Okay, so it’s not quite that simple. There is no getting around the fact that a healthy, fit body is only acquired through the correct balance of diet and exercise, according to your body type. No lotion, spa treatment, or abdominal machine in the world can accomplish what a healthy lifestyle can. And while I love to indulge in a pizza and ice cream from time to time (and generally just love to eat), I find it imperative for our hearts and our hips to be concerned about the things we put into our bodies, especially if your schedule keeps you away from the gym. Moderation is key. But in saying so, I must be honest in admitting that almost every woman I know would like to loose a few lbs. I speak for myself and a host of other women when I echo the phrase, “If I could just loose 5 lbs…10 lbs…20 lbs…” It’s a daunting cycle that will continue to circulate on our “To Do” lists for…probably several years. But, in the meantime, we could all use some encouragement (finally, back to the sleep and skinny part!). Since my move to New York, Bliss Spa has become my favorite spa on the planet in regard to overall consistency, pampering, and indulgence Beauty is truly an “experience” at Bliss (and lucky for you Bliss Spa is open at 8 locations across the country, one in London, and coming soon to Doha and Hong Kong!)
